   Motions:
   

   I recommend the Board approve Policy 5.016-ER Procedures for Choice Schools and Programs.	-	PASS
   Minutes: Dr. Robinson questioned if the appropriate range is clearly defined. Mrs. Burdick requested clarification on the following: 1) are additional seats available with the choice program; 2) the lottery system process; and 3) including gifted students. At Dr. Richmond's request, Mrs. Vreeland reviewed all revisions that were made to the Procedures Manual for Choice Schools and Programs. Dr. Robinson questioned what percentage of students should be allowed from inside the walking zone compared to outside the walking zone. Dr. Robinson requested clarification of the selection process regarding priority attendance areas.
